Abstract

Pandemi coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) dimulai sejak Desember 2019 di Kota Wuhan, China. Angka kasus yang tinggi dan penularan yang cepat mendorong pemerintah menerapkan kebijakan work form home (WFH) bagi pekerja dan pembelajaran daring (online) bagi siswa atau mahasiswa. Mahasiswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi cenderung menguasai bahan mata pelajaran sehingga memperoleh nilai yang baik. Pada masa pandemi, motivasi belajar mahasiswa yang rendah menjadi salah satu penyebab nilai hasil pencapaian rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar mahasiswa dan faktor pendukung motivasi belajar pada kegiatan pembelajaran komunikasi keperawatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat dua Prodi Diploma Tiga Keperawatan dengan total 70 mahasiswa. Analisis pada penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif univariat dengan kategori hasil ukur tinggi jika ≥ mean/median dan rendah jika < mean/median. Hasil : kategori attention dengan hasil ukur tinggi : 51.4% dan rendah : 48.6%, kategori relevance dengan hasil ukur tinggi : 64.3% dan rendah : 35.7%, kategori confidence dengan hasil ukur tinggi : 55.7% dan rendah : 44.3%, kategori satisfaction dengan hasil ukur tinggi : 67.1% dan rendah : 32.9%, dan kategori volition dengan hasil ukur : 55.7% dan rendah 44.3%. Kesimpulan : secara keseluruhan hasil ukur pada kategori attention, relevance, confidence, satisfaction, dan volition adalah tinggi.
